On a whim, I decided to try something new, which is something that happens often when I shop at Enchante. I picked up a new tub of D.R. Harris Lavender Shaving Cream.
The D.R. Harris Lavender Shaving Cream is dark purple in color and very dense. It is not at all whipped and fluffy like the Geo. F. Trumper and Truefitt & Hill creams. The fragrance is pleasing and subtle; it isn’t overwhelming when you open the tub. I like fragranced products, but I like them to be gentle to the senses, not overwhelming. I prefer my stronger fragrance to be my choice of cologne for the day.
This shaving cream easily whips into a beautiful rich and thick lather with no effort at all. It provides a very nice and enjoyable shave allowing the blade to glide right through. The lavender scent opens up nicely when lathering and never becomes overpowering.
